Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship complex, scalable solutions serving tens of thousands of clients
Make foundational decisions about architecture, design, systems, data, and product
Own end-to-end user journeys and business goals
Build solutions or partner with vendors and integrate them into a cohesive platform
Build both 0-to-1 products and scale products post-launch
Identify high-value opportunities and understand client, advisor, and colleague needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of experience
Financial services industry experience required - understanding of wealth management, investment advisory, or related financial services operations
Demonstrated experience in AI tooling, models, harnesses, workflows
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and building 0-to-1 products from first principles rather than established processes
Expertise and experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar
Track record of outsized impact
Systems thinking ability
Excellent product and business intuition
Ability to take initiative and move work forward independently
Ability to move quickly with rigor and a hypothesis-driven approach
Experience creating and shipping real products
Experience building and shipping AI agents and harnesses
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
