About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run discovery and design sessions with Fortune 500 teams across compliance, security, privacy, legal, procurement, finance, and sustainability
- Learn and document customers' current third-party processes, including processes handled in email, spreadsheets, and people's heads
- Map current-state processes and agree target states using customer metrics such as onboarding cycle time, assessment turnaround, reviewer effort, and audit readiness
- Build workflows, forms, logic, risk scoring, and approvals in Certa Studio using Vibe Configuration℠
- Build integrations and data flows into existing systems and debug failures
- Own delivery plans, governance, and testing cycles, including scenarios and cases, SIT, UAT, sanity testing, and regression testing
- Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handover
- Identify platform limitations and provide evidence-based feedback to Product
- Turn implementations into templates and accelerators
- Define how forward deployed engineering is done at Certa
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, such as forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, implementation consulting, or technical professional services
- Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data mapping
- Able to script in Python or JavaScript
- Able to debug a failure across two systems you did not build
- Production experience with LLMs, including prompts, retrieval, agent workflows, and systematic output evaluation
- Product-centric and shipping-biased approach
- Familiarity with project plans, RAID logs, phase gates, test scenarios and cases, SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including interaction with Chief Procurement Officers, privacy counsel, and security architects
- Third-party risk, procurement, or compliance experience is a plus
