About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage pursuit schedules and day-to-day production from kickoff through submission.
Prepare and produce proposals, qualifications, and general introductory presentations, including writing, editing, formatting, and assembling final deliverables.
Collaborate with technical staff to gather information and develop compliant content.
Implement win themes, messaging outlines, and compliance requirements established for the pursuit.
Execute layout and formatting consistent with brand and QA/QC standards.
Coordinate final production, packaging, and submission to meet deadlines.
Conduct market and client research to inform strategy.
Assist with the development of templates and proposal tools.
Support mentoring of Proposal Coordinators.
Lead the development of proposals and qualifications for strategic pursuits.
Craft compelling, customized content and ensure brand consistency and quality across deliverables.
Support process improvements and mentor junior staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required; Bachelor’s is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
A&E experience is preferred.
Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Criminal background checks and drug/alcohol checks are required.
Must work in a drug-free workplace.
