About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote technical support to customers for machinery and equipment via phone, WhatsApp, email, or digital platforms.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational technical failures.
- Guide customers through adjustments, testing, and corrective procedures.
- Monitor technical support tickets and ensure responses are provided within established deadlines.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their support requests.
- Record support interactions in the system, detailing diagnoses, actions taken, and solutions implemented.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical and higher education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Automation.
- Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and operational technical failures.
- Knowledge of remote technical support for machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and industrial automation.
- A completed higher education degree is preferred according to the job information.
- Availability to work on-site in Bauru, São Paulo.
- Employment under the CLT labor regime.
