About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process incoming and outgoing client payments for multiple legal entities within the group
Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate balance records in internal dashboards for banks and PSPs across multiple group entities
Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues with banks and payment providers
Monitor account balances and manage liquidity transfers
Work with transaction data, reports, and statements in Google Sheets
Collaborate with the Compliance team on bank-related requests
Assist the accounting team with bank statement reconciliation
Communicate with account managers and banking partners
Handle card transaction processing and reconciliation, including statements, reports, and invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience with international payment systems: SEPA, FPS, Fedwire, SWIFT
Understanding of card payment flows and transaction processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic lookup functions
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Business communication experience with banks and partners
English level: upper-intermediate (or solid intermediate, depending on other strengths)
