Move an existing customer solution built on Cognigy low-code toward a fully agentic architecture
Work with agent-based dialog flows, autonomous task orchestration, and multi-agent/tool-use patterns within Cognigy
Integrate LLMs and enterprise systems where applicable
Design, test, and monitor conversational flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven, hands-on experience with Cognigy's Agentic AI / AI Agent capabilities, including agent-based dialog flows, autonomous task orchestration, and multi-agent/tool-use patterns within the Cognigy platform
Real project experience moving a Cognigy-based solution from traditional low-code flows toward an agentic architecture
Solid understanding of modern conversational AI and agent architectures in general
Working knowledge of Cognigy.AI core building blocks (Flow Builder, Intents, Entities, Contexts) (nice to have)
Experience with LLM integration, including GPT and Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering for agentic use cases (nice to have)
Experience with Custom Code Nodes using JavaScript/TypeScript or similar (nice to have)
REST API integration and enterprise system connectivity, such as Salesforce and Genesys (nice to have)
Conversational flow design, testing, and performance monitoring (nice to have)
