Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction
Use multimedia tools, platforms, and technologies, including mixed and extended reality

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of biomedical industry experience, a bachelor's degree, or post-secondary training in donor and patient immunohematology testing
Credentialed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
Certified as a Specialist in Blood Banking Technology (SBB)
Knowledge of blood banking and biomedical product manufacturing (RBC, plasma, platelet, cryoprecipitate)
Proven experience in virtual or online instruction
Strong command of virtual classroom technologies, video conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia resources
Moderate proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) to document training
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners and create inclusive learning experiences
Patient, approachable, and supportive attitude toward learners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques to measure learner performance and learning outcomes
Continuous learner with a growth mindset and openness to new teaching methodologies and technologies
