About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate office operations and administrative activities
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or business support within a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience supporting compliance, reporting, documentation, or audit-related activities
- Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
