Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Procurement, Law, Technology, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or a similar domain
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and ability to manage complex topics with appropriate guidance
  • Analytical mindset with ability to structure recommendations and engage with various stakeholders
  • Strong interest in IT, technology, and digital trends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a strong appetite for learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional fluency in English plus German or French
  • Knowledge of all three languages is a strong advantage
