About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Foster collaboration and communication with client stakeholders and colleagues across regions
Develop and maintain client stakeholder matrices by category and location
Manage relationships with assigned suppliers
Serve as the IT category contact for hardware, software, SaaS, network, telecom, and colocation subcategories
Analyze spend and contracts to identify sourcing and cost-reduction opportunities
Define and implement commodity strategies and sourcing plans for global locations
Lead and execute tactical and strategic sourcing projects
Manage RFx processes, including project management, RFx development, negotiations, and awards
Deliver and track assigned savings targets
Execute end-to-end IT sourcing projects within agreed timelines and quality standards
Follow sourcing policies and processes
Maintain high ethical standards in supplier and client engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree, ideally in economics, Supply Management and/or Legal, or equivalent industry experience
Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification is advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally in an international environment
Experience reviewing, drafting, and creating agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, and Statements of Work
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and clients
Ability to review contracts in English
Strong project management experience
Working knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP Ariba
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and presentations
