About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own intake and prioritisation of integration requests, data imports and improvements on live integrations
- Scope integrations with clients, partners and vendors, and turn them into clear specs for the builders
- Turn one-off builds into standard Marketplace products, category by category
- Run the Marketplace offering, including supported integrations, status, ETAs and pricing input
- Maintain the Integrations Playbook as the single source of truth for every integration
- Shape the 2027 integrations framework with engineering, including new API endpoints, observability and service accounts
- Work as part of an integrations team of 5 with builders using n8n Enterprise and Claude Code
- Keep integrations aligned with the wider product roadmap alongside two fellow Product Owners
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years as a Product Owner or technical product manager, ideally on APIs, integrations or platform products
- Strong technical grip on APIs, webhooks, authentication and data mapping
- Ability to read API docs and challenge a vendor's assumptions
- Comfortable talking to clients, third parties and developers
- A sharp sense of prioritisation, and the backbone to say no
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows
- Bonus: a data or agency background, experience in PropTech or real estate, or hands-on with n8n or LLM-based tooling
- Applicants must live within the EU; applicants living outside the EU are not currently being hired
