About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop n8n workflows for integrations and automations
- Build AI-powered automations using Claude Code and LLM-based agents
- Write data import and migration scripts for client onboarding, including tickets and turnover data
- Design and optimise integration flows between Chainels and third-party platforms
- Improve and maintain live integrations
- Act as second-line support on integration issues
- Join client and vendor calls to scope integrations
- Gather and document requirements with the Product Owner, Integrations Marketplace
- Work as part of an integrations team of five within the engineering department
- Integrate Chainels with ERP, CRM, smart building technologies, and AI agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience with automations and integrations
- Experience with workflow automation platforms; n8n strongly preferred
- Strong technical expertise in APIs, data mapping, and scripting
- Pragmatic builder's mindset, comfortable working directly with client data
- Clear communicator who enjoys talking to clients and vendors
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or other LLM-based tooling is a bonus
- Must live within the EU; applicants living outside the EU are not currently being hired
