About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Refine and guide the development of People programs, including levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies
Understand business, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to align organizational structures and talent strategies with business demands
Collaborate with People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams
Gather deep anecdotal feedback from teams and report it to team leaders and the Chief People Officer
Enable Executive Leadership Team response to team member concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company
Experience supporting engineering and/or Product organizations
Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing
Focus on business outputs and impact
Data orientation with appreciation for on-the-ground anecdotes and experiences
Skepticism toward HR orthodoxy
Analysis and logic balanced by deep empathy and care for team members
Resume/CV must be submitted in English
Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed in the application
Blockchain/crypto experience requested in the application form
