About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Regional President during travel and with communications
  • Manage the President’s calendar, correspondence, and contacts in coordination with General Management
  • Accompany the President and elected officials on their travels
  • Draft briefing notes to prepare for meetings and speaking engagements
  • Develop and write key messages, remarks, speeches, and press releases
  • Manage the President’s social media accounts
  • Manage the public representation of the President’s and elected officials’ image in coordination with the Brand and Communications Department
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the broader ecosystem
  • Contribute to the management of social media channels
  • Contribute to the management and optimization of the website
  • Support email marketing/newsletter and webinar initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-level education (three to four years of higher education) in Executive Assistance and/or Public Relations
  • At least 3 years of experience, ideally in the institutional sector
  • Proficiency in digital tools and the social media ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
