About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage personnel administration
  • Prepare employment contracts and handle administrative formalities from an employee’s onboarding through offboarding
  • Manage registrations and affiliations with various social security and employee-benefit organizations
  • Prepare various letters and certificates
  • Manage the time-management system, including leave, RTT days, remote work, and other types of absence
  • Manage the HR mailbox
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Draft job descriptions
  • Assist with monitoring and updating HR dashboards
  • Contribute to the development and structuring of HR processes
  • Support the communication of HR information
  • Responsibilities may evolve in line with the department’s current priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+3) in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in HR administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Strong anticipation and responsiveness skills
  • Excellent command of office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of payroll would be an advantage
