About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market CMA Ardèche’s training programs across the Ardèche region
- Define target audiences and conduct active, regular outreach through outbound calls, email campaigns, company visits, and participation in events
- Welcome, inform, and advise members of the public about training programs and funding opportunities
- Handle inbound calls and pre-registration requests submitted through the website
- Record and monitor sales activity in Salesforce
- Set up and provide administrative follow-up for training programs
- Manage registrations, funding applications, trainer purchase orders, invitations, and Qualiopi documentation
- Handle invoicing according to the funding body and monitor reimbursements
- Update dashboards
- Participate in the planning and coordination of training sessions
- Book the necessary rooms, trainers, and equipment
- Welcome trainees and ensure the smooth delivery of training at the CMA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in sales or business administration
- Initial successful experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of the needs of very small businesses (VSBs)
- Ability to present persuasive arguments and close sales
- Self-reliance, responsiveness, thoroughness, and strong synthesis skills
- Adaptability
- Team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
- Strong customer-service orientation and proven interpersonal skills
- Kindness and empathy
- Valid Category B driving licence
