About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the services of the Savoie Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA) under the responsibility of the Regional Secretary General
  • Lead the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the agency’s activities
  • Manage resources
  • Provide support to the Departmental President
  • Implement and lead the territorial policy of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes CMA
  • Manage and evaluate the activities of the Savoie CMA and ensure its performance
  • Promote, develop, and market the service offering to craft businesses
  • Deploy local programs and projects and support teams through change management
  • Work directly with businesses when necessary
  • Lead the administrative and financial monitoring of contracts and agreements and ensure reporting
  • Build and maintain partnerships with the territory’s public intermunicipal cooperation establishments (EPCI)
  • Develop and coordinate partnerships, networks, and initiatives supporting businesses and territorial development
  • Organize support for the activities of the President of the Savoie CMA
  • Support locally elected representatives responsible for governing bodies
  • Plan and manage financial, human, and material resources
  • Participate in recruitment and the development of the skills development plan
  • Support the team’s growth, skills development, and performance
  • Lead and coordinate property and general facilities management
  • Ensure the maintenance of real estate and movable assets
  • Ensure the safety and security of people and property
  • Deploy hygiene, safety, and building maintenance processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience managing a site and multidisciplinary teams in the public or private sector, or transferable experience in the responsibilities listed above
  • In-depth knowledge of the local environment and the CMA’s transformation context
  • Political acumen
  • Ability to engage and coordinate elected representatives
  • Strong commitment to public service
  • Analytical, summarization, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to advise and support businesses and project owners
  • Valid Category B driving license
