About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the educational coordination of apprenticeship training programs offered in the Rhône and Ain departments
  • Plan training sessions and the resources required
  • Coordinate trainers, learners, companies, and partners
  • Ensure the smooth logistical and educational delivery of training programs
  • Anticipate and manage organizational contingencies
  • Support learners throughout their training journey
  • Monitor attendance, progress, and outcomes
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of training activities
  • Produce monitoring indicators and dashboards
  • Serve as an apprenticeship mediator and conduct mediation interviews
  • Participate in the practical and administrative organization of Artisan Qualification examinations
  • Act as the liaison with examination panels, candidates, and partners
  • Participate in invigilation, grading system administration, and diploma ceremonies
  • Recruit and train examination panels for the admission test of the Taxi-VTC examination
  • Participate in the preparation of the local eligibility test
  • Participate in invigilation and the marking of eligibility examinations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a two-year post-secondary qualification in management, training, and/or business
  • Ideally, you have a successful initial experience in similar responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the training and education sector
  • Comfortable coordinating projects and working with a range of stakeholders
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Responsive, with strong analytical and adaptability skills
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Ability to adapt to different stakeholders, including young people, companies, trainers, and partners
  • Strong knowledge of the skilled-trades sector and of the training programs offered by the CMA network would be a significant advantage
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Travel required within the Rhône and Ain departments
