About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Agricultural Enterprises department, representing 70% of working time
- Participate in the Management Committee, Executive Board and General Session meetings
- Represent the organization with partners and participate in meetings and initiatives of the Regional Chamber of Agriculture
- Prepare and monitor the department’s budget
- Provide operational management for advisor teams, supported by two team leaders
- Lead and monitor the department’s funding programs
- Provide mediation services for apprenticeships
- Participate in the study group for agrivoltaic projects in connection with environmental issues
- Supervise the Réagir unit
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and coordinate cross-functional implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)
- Manage the General Services department, representing 30% of working time
- Manage insurance, risk, assets, maintenance, fleet, logistics, procurement, contracts and tenders, and administrative and budget management
- Supervise the employee responsible for operational monitoring of works and logistics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in agricultural/agronomic engineering or a Master’s degree
- Category B driving licence
- Strong understanding of how agricultural businesses operate
- Knowledge of business start-up and cessation procedures
- Knowledge of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)
- Experience in people management and project development
- Experience in budget preparation and monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive mindset and curiosity about agricultural issues
- For logistics responsibilities: strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Autonomy and ability to anticipate
- Responsiveness and practical problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
