Conduct audits and develop action plans required to ensure the long-term sustainability of agricultural operations and support their recovery when necessary
Conduct technical and economic studies for development, diversification, and farm establishment projects
Gain a comprehensive understanding of how farms operate and the challenges they face
Support farmers with their CAP declarations
Contribute to training agricultural professionals on business management and business strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

BTS ACSE, business school degree, or agricultural/agronomic engineering degree, with a specialization in business management or economics
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience preferred
Category B driving licence
Able to work independently and effectively in business advisory services from day one
Strong customer listening skills
Enjoy working with people and as part of a team
Demonstrate empathy
Ability to sell advisory services
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Active listening skills and diplomatic approach
Adaptable, self-motivated, and energetic
Knowledge of agricultural production
