Key responsibilities & impact

Remotely monitor Tank Level Monitors (TLM) to increase production efficiency
Perform critical operational tasks to maximize well optimization
Communicate with business partners to collaboratively define solutions
Build relationships with RAMs across US Land for best-practice sharing
Utilize internal relationships across Marketing, RDE, TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, O2C, Management, BD, and Operations
Liaise with technical resources on Digital Solutions and Corporate IT teams
Build visual management tools to identify and address business opportunities
Develop digital tools and compile data trends into Power BI
Maintain project information and provide accurate status updates to stakeholders
Define and follow best practices
Identify opportunities to improve digital solutions and processes
Support the product lifecycle and manage design and development phases
Meet Goal Zero safety expectations and maintain compliance with safety reporting and training
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Build relationships with account leads and key customer stakeholders
Attend key customer meetings and support quarterly and yearly account reviews
Assist customer meeting preparation through dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with business intelligence solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL)
Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional manner
Past experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Ability to work well with people from different disciplines and varying degrees of technical expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sponsorship is not available for this role
3+ years of IT experience or related areas preferred
3+ years’ experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving preferred
Experience working in technical sales, finance, or sales support functions preferred
Project management training or experience preferred
Some travel required to support business requirements and receive training
