API, MCP, 데이터 흐름 등 기술적 연동 구조를 고려하여 파일럿 및 본 배포 범위와 연동 계획 수립
배포 과정의 리스크 관리 및 장애물 제거
Product, Engineering, 고객사 이해관계자 간 프로젝트 일정과 목표 관리
Production 출시 후 배포된 AI 에이전트의 작동 상태 모니터링
사용 데이터에 기반한 Adoption 및 지속적인 성능 개선 주도
고객사 내 추가 유즈케이스 및 확장(Expansion) 기회 발굴
고객 C-Level, 실무진, 엔지니어, 사내 Product 팀 사이의 얼라인먼트 주도

5년 이상의 B2B Enterprise IT 컨설팅, Tech PM, Solutions Engineering 또는 Forward-deployed 직무 경험
