About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to customer requirements
Create and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations
Implement AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies
Customize and extend the search platform’s user experience and user interface
Architect, customize, and deploy ChapsVision’s Sinequa enterprise AI search platform in complex customer environments
Design solutions, guide clients through integration, and contribute to long-term success
Present technical solutions to executives and stakeholders
Lead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering roles
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C#, or a similar language
1+ year of frontend development experience using Angular, TypeScript, or React
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Candidates must be authorized to work permanently and continuously in the United States or Canada without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future
