About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, and laser resurfacing
- Provide a consistent Chapter experience across multiple studios
- Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
- Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments
- Partner with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota preferred; multi-state licensure is a big plus
- 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
- Flexibility to move between studios in the assigned area
- Personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility
