About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, and laser resurfacing
Provide a consistent Chapter experience across multiple studios
Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments
Partner with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention
Travel between multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations in the up-state New York region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active RN license in New York
Multi-state licensure is a big plus
1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
Flexibility and readiness to move between studios in the assigned area
Personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility
