About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit podcast episodes for YouTube
- Edit YouTube vlogs about life in Bali, motivational gym sessions and personal reflections
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Organize raw footage and select the most emotionally powerful moments
- Build compelling storytelling from raw footage
- Initially publish one YouTube video per week and one short-form video per day
- Gradually increase the volume to two or more YouTube videos per week and more short-form content
- Collaborate with Matthias as part of a long-term partnership
- Attend a call and complete a paid test before the collaboration begins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-employed / freelance professional
- Availability of 24 hours per week
- Strong interest in business, bodybuilding and spirituality
- Diverse musical tastes, particularly metal or techno
- Proficiency in simple, effective video editing
- Ability to sort through large volumes of raw footage, select highlights and build a narrative arc
- Ability to preserve emotion when transitioning between different types of scenes
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and Shorts conventions: hooks, pacing and subtitles
- Ability to think like a copywriter
- A link to a one-minute Loom video is required to apply
- Ability to meet deadlines
- French required, as the application form and collaboration will be conducted in French
