About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a modern solution evangelist within IT, promoting AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools through articles, demos, webinars, and hands-on sessions
Partner with business units to consult on process challenges and identify automation opportunities
Design and build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
Engage with vendors and the AI and automation community to identify emerging tools, techniques, and best practices
Provide feedback to IT leadership on AI and automation tooling and strategic product and engineering decisions
Champion standards, governance, and best practices for citizen development and AI usage
Automate identity and access workflows in Microsoft Entra ID
Drive adoption and best practices across Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams and SharePoint
Own key performance indicators related to adoption, efficiency gains, and employee engagement
Lead business engagements to understand challenges and propose process improvement and business process automation solutions
Advocate for practical adoption of AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools across the firm
Lead innovation by delivering automation solutions that eliminate manual work and increase employee capacity
Contribute to IT’s vision and roadmap for AI, automation, and modern workplace strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated track record of building automation solutions and driving technology adoption
Exceptional communication and consulting skills
Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into automated solutions
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, access, and app registrations, is a plus
Strong customer service skills and ability to teach people of all technical abilities
Practical experience applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Codex, or Cursor to real business problems
Enthusiasm for staying current on the evolving AI landscape
Experience with Lean process improvement is a plus
