About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service
  • Communicate with members via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule member outings using proprietary Club software
  • Plan for and ensure a pleasant, fun experience
  • Organize catering orders with preferred vendors
  • Make restaurant and dock reservations and handle other member requests
  • Research harbor destinations and update databases
  • Perform general administrative duties as necessary
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
