About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate production of Local Area Marketing and Store Development materials from brief through final approval and print
  • Prepare and organise buyer and stakeholder information for artwork production
  • Maintain and coordinate copy changes from Buyers, Store Owners, Area Managers and other stakeholders
  • Monitor Store Development projects including new, relocating, rebranding, change of ownership and closing stores
  • Coordinate print production and liaise with external vendors
  • Maintain design booking schedule and communicate upcoming job requirements to the Design team
  • Ensure marketing and advertising materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate marketing package information to store owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain LAM and Store Development databases, folders and project information
  • Assist with Local Area Marketing materials and campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing material uploads and vendor requirements
  • Maintain dispense data and assist with data clean-up
  • Coordinate promotional bookings such as rooftop balloons and liaise with external vendors
  • Provide work-in-progress and deadline updates to the Catalogue Production Manager
  • Communicate sign-off and approval of marketing materials to internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a marketing, creative, production, administration or similar coordination role
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting and graphic design
  • Good eye for layout and presentation
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong general IT and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Proactive and collaborative approach
  • Creative mindset and practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Interest in the pharmacy, retail or marketing industry highly regarded
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across the business
