About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and manage Windows devices via Intune/MEM, including compliance, configuration, Autopilot, security baselines and app deployment
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange Online
- Maintain SOE standards and device lifecycle processes
- Manage multi-site Active Directory and Entra environments
- Create, maintain and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects for security and user configuration
- Package and deploy applications at enterprise scale using Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE or BigFix
- Manage application lifecycle activities including testing, versioning and documentation
- Manage update rings, feature updates and security patching through Intune or BigFix
- Ensure high compliance and minimal business interruption
- Support VDI environments through image maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation
- Mentor and guide the EUC Deskside Support team
- Contribute to standards, processes and best practices across the environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- A tertiary qualification in IT or relevant industry certifications, combined with equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise IT environments, including EUC projects, deployments and technology rollouts
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM and modern workplace technologies
- At least 2 years' experience in enterprise application packaging, deployment and software lifecycle management
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Group Policy and SOE management
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 environments and device fleets, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices using MDM/MAM solutions
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in ITIL service delivery practices and complex technical investigations
- Azure Virtual Desktop exposure is an advantage
