About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the end-to-end development and management of private label and promotional products
  • Research, source and identify new product opportunities across private label brands and promotional items
  • Compile and coordinate New Line Form information and submit completed forms for new line creation
  • Assist with preparing Graphics Briefs for new packaging, artwork updates and other design requirements
  • Collect production information from suppliers
  • Review and approve product documentation and reports, including Pre-Shipment Supplier Reports and Product Master Files
  • Support store enquiries and requests, including stock splits, credit requests and general product queries
  • Maintain and manage the Credit Tracker, documenting, following up and actioning credit requests
  • Attend trade shows, supplier meetings and other business-related events internationally when required
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with suppliers on product specifications, timelines and budgets
  • Ensure products meet relevant regulatory and compliance standards
  • Research patents, copyrights and trademarks to mitigate infringement issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
  • Professional work experience in the Healthcare or Retail industry
  • Basic understanding of product development, sourcing and/or retail processes
  • Basic commercial awareness, including an understanding of product cost, pricing and margins
  • Experience with SharePoint
