About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery and implementation of projects across Pharmacy Services
- Own and maintain the roadmap for Pharmacy Services Systems portfolio projects, including vaccinations, bookings and compliance
- Lead multiple projects from planning through implementation within scope, time and budget
- Coordinate project resources, costs and delivery partners
- Act as key contact for portfolio projects and communicate progress across Pharmacy Services and the wider business
- Coordinate delivery with IT, eCommerce and project office teams while meeting governance requirements
- Contribute to project business cases and tenders across multiple departments and disciplines
- Monitor milestones, objectives, risks and performance measures and address delivery issues
- Provide progress reports to project offices, steering committees and stakeholders
- Maintain complete and current project documentation, including scope, functional and technical designs, and user guides
- Partner with change management teams to plan implementation, support transition and encourage user adoption
- Ensure data governance, privacy and security requirements are met
- Work closely with pharmacy users, software vendors and IT delivery teams to define and deliver initiatives end to end
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in management, project management, IT or a related field
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial judgement and ability to understand broader business needs and longer-term priorities
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate effectively and communicate decisions clearly
- Practical approach to resolving complex issues and building capability across teams
- Coaching and mentoring style
- Ability to explain technical information in clear, everyday language
