About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure transactions run smoothly
- Assist customers with general queries
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
- Serve customers and process purchases through the Point-of-Sale system
- Set up displays for catalogue promotions
- Participate in a supportive, collaborative pharmacy team
- Attend an on-site interview at the preferred store if shortlisted
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
- S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Stamina and commitment
- Must meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check
- Must possess appropriate working rights
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements and lift heavy objects when replenishing stock
