About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure transactions run smoothly
  • Assist customers with general queries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • S2 & S3 trained highly regarded
  • Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
  • Stamina, commitment, and ability to stay focused in a busy environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
  • Ability to perform repeated movements and lift heavier items during stock replenishment
  • Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
  • Must hold appropriate working rights
