About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end solution design for SAP SD and MM, aligned with LE and other integrated SAP modules
  • Translate business requirements into pragmatic, standard SAP-based solutions
  • Drive standardisation across SD and MM processes and govern exceptions and customisations
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT strategy, architecture standards and S/4HANA best practices
  • Define and deliver enhancements, projects and defect resolution across SAP SD and MM
  • Configure and support order management, pricing, billing, procurement, inventory and logistics processes
  • Lead integration with Commerce Cloud, POS, EDI/VANs and third-party platforms
  • Contribute to the SAP landscape roadmap and align system plans with business priorities
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain and Operations
  • Lead requirements-gathering and process-design workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Wholesale or a related discipline
  • At least five years’ experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • At least two years’ experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE)
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SD, particularly Pricing, Rebates, Contract and Settlement Management, and MM
  • Experience with Fiori-based functionality
  • Solid understanding of SAP configuration
  • Experience integrating SAP modules and connecting with non-SAP systems
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and commercial processes
  • Demonstrated experience leading solution design and delivery across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships, translate business requirements into SAP solutions and provide practical recommendations
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to simplify, standardise and enhance business processes
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar SAP solution leadership role
  • Hands-on and strategic SAP expertise
