About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle Corporate and Contract Law matters, providing legal support for the client’s activities.
  • Draft, analyze, and review commercial agreements, legal documents, and instruments.
  • Work on a project to digitize and update the corporate records books of entities with different CNPJ registrations.
  • Analyze, organize, and classify corporate actions, ensuring that information is accurately recorded in the relevant corporate books.
  • Support the updating and regularization of corporate documents and records for group companies.
  • Gather and verify corporate information, identifying outstanding matters or update requirements.
  • Support the drafting and review of documents related to corporate changes, minutes, meetings, shareholders’ meetings, and other corporate actions.
  • Monitor project demands, helping ensure deadlines are met and information for the different CNPJ registrations is properly organized.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Fluent English (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of business, corporate, and contract law.
  • Ability to develop legal solutions with a business-oriented perspective.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organization and effective deadline management.
  • Ability to make sound technical decisions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and interest in legal innovation.
