About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver engaging, high-impact instruction preparing students for industry-recognized certifications
- Ensure all instructional activities are conducted safely and comply with LCC and industry-specific specialty standards
- Teach and facilitate curriculum leading to industry-recognized certifications
- Deliver high-quality, market-relevant course offerings to the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated expertise and current certification in the relevant subject matter
- Strong verbal communication and pedagogical skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Sufficient expertise and professional experience necessary to instruct the specific course subject
- Must hold all necessary credentials required to grant students the eligibility to sit for industry-recognized certification exams
- Upload a letter of interest, current resume, and official documentation confirming education
- Part-time position limited to 19 hours per week or less for courses exceeding a three-month duration within a calendar year
- For short-term courses, employee will be classified as an independent contractor and issued a 1099
