About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, organize, and complete complex national and international projects within assigned time and budget while ensuring safety and quality compliance
  • Drive major strategic industrial and non-industrial projects aligned with network consolidation or expansion
  • Develop project goals and objectives with corporate and local functions
  • Manage all project phases, monitor progress, ensure timelines and budgets, and implement corrective actions
  • Define roles and responsibilities, and monitor project constraints and milestones
  • Develop and drive cost, time, resource, risk, procurement, communication, sustainability, and energy assessment plans
  • Coordinate design, construction, FAT, installation, and SAT phases using assigned SMEs
  • Manage sponsor and stakeholder relationships through defined project governance
  • Prepare project status reports by producing, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Manage external companies and internal SMEs through project phases
  • Support local structures in assessing impacts of new site implementations and reviewing cost estimates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Electronic Engineering
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including management of complex national and international projects
  • Strong knowledge of project development phases, from selection through close-out
  • Knowledge of project and engineering practices
  • Good knowledge of GMP, Quality Assurance principles and relevant technical standards and regulations
  • Ability to lead projects ensuring targets in time, cost, quality, HSE and compliance
  • Ability to coordinate design, execution activities and contract management across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, planning and decision-making skills
  • Leadership, teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong business-oriented mindset
  • PMI Certification preferred
