About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily end-to-end processing of Cash ISA transfers accurately and within internal SLAs
- Communicate with third-party ISA managers to chase pending transfers, resolve discrepancies and unblock delayed requests
- Act as the escalation point for customer queries about ISA transfers
- Provide clear, empathetic and timely customer updates
- Ensure transfer processes comply with internal policies and HMRC ISA regulations
- Investigate edge cases, broken flows and missing funds
- Own transfer issues through to full resolution for customers
- Collaborate with users, the Chip platform and external providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Meticulous and highly accurate when handling customers' money
- Numerate with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied daily workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Understanding of ISAs and HMRC ISA rules (nice to have)
- Prior experience in a tech environment or strong interest in FinTech (nice to have)
- Previous operational processing or customer support experience within financial services (nice to have)
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
