About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver a high-quality supporter experience and ensure supporters feel valued and connected to CAP’s mission
- Manage supporter enquiries, donation processing, acknowledgements, and fundraising administration
- Support fundraising campaigns, events, appeals, and donor engagement activities
- Maintain accurate supporter records, reporting, and database management
- Collaborate with fundraising teams on supporter acquisition, cultivation, and retention initiatives
- Identify opportunities to strengthen supporter relationships and grow one-off and regular giving
- Coordinate supporter communications
- Report to the Fundraising Manager and work closely with fundraising teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong personal alignment with CAP’s foundational Christian philosophy, organisational identity, culture, and values
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience in a coordination, administration, customer service, fundraising, or supporter-facing role
- Confidence using multiple technology systems and databases
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Genuine care for people and commitment to excellent supporter care
- Required to disclose convictions or pending charges
- Ministry of Justice vetting check with acceptable results is a condition of appointment
