Key responsibilities & impact

Design product experiences from initial concept through user flows and pixels
Understand the algorithms, policies, and prior art underpinning design
Research customer workflows and weigh findings against business priorities to decide what to build
Verify implementation quality, including interaction behavior, accessibility, copy, and edge cases
Build durable design systems with components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents
Develop agent skills and harnesses encoding design decisions
Collaborate with Marketing on visuals and content for shipped features

What you’ll need

8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft
Experience shipping technical products and deep understanding of their mechanics
Experience using coding agents, experimenting with new workflows, and tuning output quality
Ability to build prototypes and production UI in React
Ability to work within existing design patterns and balance scope against business needs
Ability to bring recommendations, seek feedback early, and adapt based on new data
Ability to explain technical ideas and design decisions clearly in writing and visuals
Required location: North America or Europe
