About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in new unit deployments by coordinating the client onboarding process
  • Proactively engage with customers to assess client needs and resource gaps
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and timely
  • Schedule, plan and host customer meetings, including agendas, action items, summary reports and follow-up
  • Provide training support related to PhotonAssay™ unit operation and platforms
  • Develop and implement customer quality processes
  • Prepare documentation, technical reports, publications and presentations
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams for product and process improvement
  • Provide management updates on account status and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to collaboration, technical excellence, staff learning and development
  • Support development of a strong OH&S culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A tertiary qualification in an engineering or science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service, quality control or laboratory roles in minerals or other analytical laboratory environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation and manuals
  • Proven stakeholder relations management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able and willing to travel and work across North Americas & internationally
  • Relevant experience in an analytical laboratory management system and ISO/IEC 17025
