About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media
  • Perform activities within product service, repair, consumer relations, warranty claims and similar areas
  • Assist in scheduling product delivery
  • Resolve problems escalated through lower staff levels
  • Resolve problems and discrepancies regarding product and service billing
  • Provide work leadership to lower-level customer service staff
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
  • Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse checks
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk and talk
