Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform general administrative duties as directed or needed
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet required timelines
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Generate correspondence and other documentation
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with administrative staff while providing backup functions
  • Perform administrative duties and special projects supporting departments and employees
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with employee records and information
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture; follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
  • Generate operational or accounting reports for management review
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Greet and direct visitors, answer routine questions, and provide general information
  • Direct incoming calls or messages to the proper location
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed
  • Report onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in Administrative Assistance and Support
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Proficient with telephone systems, fax machines, postage machines and copiers
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure materials
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to sit, stand, push, and pull frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to speak frequently
  • Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and/or FMSCA Clearinghouse screening
