About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn and assist with sales activities, including engaging with clients and calling on new accounts
  • Learn and observe client interactions, market trend and quote updates, program discussions, and marketing plan formation
  • Opportunity to specialize in agronomy, grain, energy, or animal nutrition
  • Assist with sales contract reporting and documentation accurately and quickly
  • Support the sales team with billing and settlements as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or another agriculture-related degree program
  • Agriculture, crop, or grain experience or background knowledge helpful
  • Previous internship experience helpful, but not required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eager to learn
