About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams, with a focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities
  • Facilitate planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and other team cadences
  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and partners on Agile and product-delivery practices
  • Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and feedback loops
  • Foster high-trust environments and help teams increasingly self-manage
  • Provide visibility into planned and in-progress work, progress, tradeoffs, decisions, risks, dependencies, capacity, and constraints
  • Create, maintain, and improve delivery health reporting, dashboards, and visual management practices
  • Use delivery data and team insights to improve flow, predictability, capacity, aging work, quality, risk management, and team effectiveness
  • Establish success measures including OKRs, Sprint Goals, and quarterly commitments
  • Identify, manage, and help resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and systemic barriers
  • Communicate delivery status, decisions, risks, and escalation needs to technical and nontechnical partners
  • Align team delivery plans with initiative milestones, dependencies, communications, release activities, and risks
  • Align plans and practices with portfolio priorities, IT governance, standards, and required controls
  • Support release planning, readiness, deployment, post-release learning, and major-incident response
  • Coach and facilitate quarterly planning routines and translate portfolio priorities into feasible team plans
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery partners, team members, and stakeholders
  • Share practices, lessons learned, delivery insights, and tools across Scrum Master and Technology Delivery communities
  • Recommend process or practice improvements for ambiguous or complex delivery challenges
  • Influence adoption of effective delivery practices without formal authority
  • Provide constructive feedback and escalate unresolved delivery concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, education and training
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery
  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, product-team leader, or in Agile/product transformation
  • Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
  • Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement
  • Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and constraints
  • Ability to use delivery data and team insights to identify improvement opportunities and guide action
  • Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills for technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Qualified candidates must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area and be able to commute to the Inver Grove Heights corporate office as needed
  • Experience supporting customer- or employee-facing technology, Dynamics 365, CRM platforms, and Go-to-Market capabilities
  • Ability to share delivery practices, coach peers, and influence Agile and product-delivery practice adoption
  • Strong problem-solving, group-facilitation, and analytical skills
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft collaboration tools
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and delivery-health reporting
  • Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile coaching, product management, or related certification
