Key responsibilities & impact
  • Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual measurement tools
  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and direct calls as needed
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Assist other personnel as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–6+ months of experience in Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • General data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
  • Must pass applicable pre-employment screenings if required, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and/or FMCSA Clearinghouse screening
