About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for the ITSM space
Understand requirements and work with the team to formulate ServiceNow solutions supporting business needs
Develop understanding of business processes, integration technologies, team guidelines, and standards
Help ensure shared understanding of business needs and goals and that solutions address core business needs
Adhere to Scrum/Agile processes as determined by a senior team member
Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions
Work with the ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment
Work in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or another STEM degree program
Knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as JavaScript
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, including experience with Azure DevOps
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Strong analytical and interpretive skills
Basic understanding of workflows and business processes
Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
Ability to adhere to project timelines
Currently pursuing the required degree; no completed degree is explicitly required
