Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers browsing inventory or checking out items
Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
Display and organize products for easy customer access
Maintain store appearance through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise
Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned
Monitor customers to assist with loss prevention
Assist with preparation of displays and promotions
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies, training, PPE procedures, and regulations
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
Must meet minimum age requirement
Proficient in MS Office suite
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers
Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, including cash register and time and record keeping computer systems
Ability to work flexible hours preferred
Ability to stand, squat, bend and lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
High school diploma or GED preferred
Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse screening
