About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate new customer setup and portal access
  • Monitor setup processes and address delays to ensure safety and compliance requirements are completed
  • Initiate account changes such as bank accounts and addresses
  • Explain how to do business with CHS and use digital tools
  • Provide posted bids and price sheet quotes
  • Support contract policy compliance, signatures, unfulfilled contracts and over-applied bushel designations
  • Handle pricing, invoices and ticket applications
  • Support product delivery, order fulfillment, contract amendments and confirmations, and billing/payment balances
  • Facilitate inquiries about customer and settlement payments, prepay balances, invoice and payment/contract status, and document reprints
  • Intake payments and explain payment application
  • Handle disputes involving delivery issues, invoices, contracts, pricing discrepancies and quality
  • Provide general support regarding location wait times, payment destinations and operating hours
  • Support 1099 and patronage statement inquiries
  • Review sales-provided contract details for accuracy
  • Execute contract creation and amendments
  • Manage electronic documents
  • Compile and distribute stakeholder reports
  • Monitor contract performance and track form status for compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk and talk
  • Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and/or FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
